Wish I Knew
Here I am feeling pretty good again, a bit hypomanic, but when I finally get sleepy I have no idea what the morning will bring. Anyone can say that, I know, but are people's lives so changeable? One day up, the next day down or so high up it's scary? I used to think everyone was as messed up me but now I don't know, I realize I have no gauge for normal.

You sound much better than yesterday. I've been to that low, and I know it's hard. You just gotta hang on, as the upside will come around again.
It's hard to tell what's "normal" when you're in the throes, but you know what's normal when you're there.
Where ever you go, there you are.
BTW, I've been to the Mystery Spot. Very trippy!
