Old School
Last night the Snail had the computer, he's been using it a lot more lately since he found some people on the chat lines... he's into role-playing chats. I have a handheld my sis gave me but eventually my eyes get too tired to read the little screen. I was going nuts yesterday, antsy to write but with no computer to do it on then I hit on a radical idea... pen and paper! I can't believe it never occured to me before.

I tried that, but my hand was constantly cramped after a few days. I switched to a digital voice recorder.
It's great for capturing those long rants. You can run the recordings through voice recognition software and print out everything you said; a little editing on a word processor and it's all on paper for you!

Actually, if I go for a night or two without bloggin, it's because I just sent a friend a handwritten letter containing everything I would've put on the blog...and I hate repeating myself.
I'm one of the few people in the world who would rather handwrite than type. Too bad more people aren't like that anymore :)
Good idea Henry... I gave up on the handwriting thing. I like it because I can almost keep up with my thoughts with a pen but when it's time to transcribe it I can barely read it.
Your pocket rocket record function should suffice, you just need the VR software.
